HubSpot Onboarding FAQ
Our clients are typically onboarded within 6-12 weeks.
The length of a HubSpot onboarding project is influenced by a number of factors, including which Hubs are being implemented and the scope of requirements (i.e. if there are any custom objects needed, if custom integrations need to be developed, etc.). However, we see most clients onboarded within 3 months.
Onboarding is a requirement for all paid HubSpot tools. So, if you are looking to get started with one or more paid HubSpot tools, then yes you do need to go through an onboarding process.
This is a common question, or: when is it best to use HubSpot’s onboarding service and when is a third party agency partner the better option?
If you have very basic requirements and have the time and resources to ‘learn by doing’, then you may like to go with HubSpot’s Onboarding Services.
If you have an urgent need to get HubSpot up and running optimally, you have more complex or custom requirements, you don’t have resources or the time to dedicate to HubSpot implementation, and/or you expect to have future need of an agency, then you would be best to work with a HubSpot partner for the onboarding.
