Senior Paid Media Specialist

Role Description

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of paid advertising campaigns across Social Media channels, Google channels, Digital Out-of-Home, and other core digital advertising channels.

You will create and deliver strategies that are tightly aligned with each client’s goals and priorities, while considering the broader strategy. You will apply advanced data analysis techniques to identify innovative ways to improve paid media campaigns, to ensure our clients get the most value from their budgets.

You will implement advanced tracking setups and be able to tackle challenging and complex tracking challenges for client accounts, and support other specialists with their clients’ tracking challenges.

You will be constantly looking for new opportunities for your clients, and bringing to the table recommendations and ideas that lead to increased value and revenue across your client portfolio. You will actively assist with sales and business development, to contribute to revenue growth across existing and new business.

The Senior Paid Media Specialist will play an active role in training other specialists, and will contribute to the improvement of Agora’s paid media services and processes.


About You

Your Skills & Experience
  • You have over 5 years of experience working in digital advertising.
  • You have proven experience managing and executing complex and high value client campaigns across most, if not all, online advertising channels.
  • You have advanced data analysis skills to identify optimisation and improvement opportunities, and help inform client strategy.
  • You possess advanced level tracking skills and have experience with complex tracking implementation.
  • It would be highly regarded if you have experience managing programmatic campaigns.
